Watersheds

Watershed Directors are five unpaid volunteers who direct their Watershed's programs.  There are four watersheds in Anderson County with elected Watershed Directors:  Big Creek, Broadmouth Creek, Brushy Creek, and Three & Twenty Creek.  All Watershed Directors are elected for a term of four years by voters residing within the watershed.  County elections are held in November for the following year's term to begin December 1st.  The Anderson Soil & Water Conservation District oversees the Watershed Boards.
